Multidisciplinary Detailed Engineering of a Modular Sulphate Removal Package

At PMech, our work is guided by our ethos of delivering Blueprints of Honour—engineering solutions that are precise, practical, and built for execution.

We successfully delivered the multidisciplinary detailed engineering of a Sulphate Removal Package (SRP), translating the licensor’s process design into a fully coordinated, construction-ready modular system.

Project Overview

The Sulphate Removal Package is a critical unit within water treatment systems, designed to remove sulphates and protect downstream facilities, particularly in oil & gas and process industries.

For this project, the basic package was provided by the licensor, and PMech was responsible for converting this into detailed engineering suitable for modular fabrication and site installation.

The system was designed as a modular package, with fabrication in UAE ➔ installation in Mexico

This required high precision in engineering to ensure seamless execution across geographies.

PMech’s Scope
