LPG and Sulphur Recovery plants :
We have designed around 150 static equipment comprises of Vessels, Tanks, Exchangers, coolers etc and selection of rotating equipment like pumps, compressor etc.. There were about 700 lines in this project with various material specifications like C.S., S.S., Jacketed, Cast Iron and like...26 P & I D were issued to us by
client and our scope of work involved following:
- Equipment layout
- Pipe rack sizing- width, nos of tier including tier for cable trays
- Generation of piping specifications in Auto PLANT software, All pipe line study and their routing, Clash check of various pipes, stress analysis of high pressure-Temp lines, Re-routing of pipes to suit stress analysis, Generation of General Arrangement and elevation drawings along with sections and line number marking.
- Isometric generation
- Bill of material extraction for various materials.
Offsite, Utility and tank farms
These essentially consist of loading, unloading and transfer system along with filtration equipment. Liquid products are transported to the site by trucks or from jetty and they are transferred to storage tanks. Day tanks and settling tanks are provided to store filtered and treated product. Suitable pumps are selected for the purpose. Line size being done for optimum flow and pressure drop.
Utility are HVAC, waste treatment, air supply for various use, cooling water and raw water circuits, nitrogen and potable water system.

- Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs
- Equipment layout
- Pipe rack sizing- width, nos of tier including tier for cable trays, road cross overs
- Generation of piping specifications in Auto PLANT software, all pipe line study and their routing, Clash check of various pipes. Generation of General Arrangement and elevation drawings along with sections and line number marking.
