This are Captive Power plants to be used for in-house use by various electricity short supply industries. The cost of power so generated is close to available in open market. Many times, they are very much useful when such plants are put in remote areas of Jungle for pump station or otherwise.

It has basically following system:

• Fuel Oil / Gas system
• Lube oil system
• Compressed Air System
• Charge Air and Exhaust system
• Cooling water system
  

A Diesel / Gas Generating Engine is being run using fuel to generate electricity through alternator connected to this engine.  Elaborate electrical systems are provided to store, transfer and use this power so generated. Fully computerised control room is provided to monitor the functioning of the plant.

Our scope is to carry-out design and detailed engineering for the whole plant comprises of structure, piping, stress analysis, Tanks, Chimney, working drawings, 3D modeling ( using Auto PLANT ) for the whole plant along with bill of material. We shall be preparing around 250 odd design and dwg document for this project.

Gas Based:

We shall be preparing around 350 odd design and dwg document for this project.

HRSG based captive power plant for Condong and Broadwater for Australia

These are the HRSG based power plant which are located in Australia. Our scope is detailed engineering of power plant covering piping, stress analysis, pipe rack design and dwg, 3D modeling for plants based on various fuels etc. The spectrum is enhanced by a flexible approach to technology selection. There are High pressure steam, low pressure steam. DM water, cooling water with make-up water lines apart from others.
